| I was thinking that it would be nice to know where we are based - for a place to stay at the end of a long day trip, or when we would like to get some technical help with our beloved bikes, or just for fun. I fooled around a bit on the Internet and came with this option: click on this link, or on the map image below. I don't think there should be a need for a password to add your place (but I needed to register to get this map and email is my email [see my profile in Ghetto], and password is "GRiSO"). It should look like this (with just my own pin in it): [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]It is all voluntary of course: click on the above link, go to "Addition", and "Add marker - simple". I think it should work - in the sense that we all see each other's markers. You can place your marker as precise as you want. If it doesn't work as desired, or if someone has a better idea: please feel free to change this plan in something more workable. Cheers! P.S. | Done, though such exercises are a constant and painful reminder that I could not make a living in the IT business. I neglected to add "Cross Junction, Virginia" for location, but suppose that is obvious from map itself. Besides, even street urchins in Naples know what's at that spot on the map.  Bill | |
