I'm 6'1" and my knees do get stiff after a couple hours. Haven't lowered the pegs (yet). For now my solution is to stand up on the pegs for a mile or two, GRiSO is very comfortable bike to stand up on.

I used to be 6' 2", but I was also young. Now I'm likely shorter by a bit, and rounder, and (much) older. My knees hurt after a while on most bikes. The Knight Design 1" lower pegs really helped. Self preservation keeps me from dragging them much.
