Hi, I found a small, almost cylindrical thing, laying by the inner spark plug of the right cylinder, I'm trying to figure out what it is. Its diameter is about 14mm (0.55in) although its not a normal circle, and is 4mm(0.16in) thick. Its hard plastic or metal, its dark grey probably due to the heat, light grey on one side, as if it was painted.
My main concern is if its something that dropped from inside the head cover. Any ideas?

Petros any chance of a photo? Sounds like it shouldn't be there, but who knows. Unless there is an obvious spot where it has been broken from, I would imagine its removal should not cause any issues.
It might actually be some road debris that has been thrown up there while riding along.

Found it, its one of the spacers that are stucked between the cylinder fins. I think its part 05025331, "rubber spacer", cooked stone hard.

Those are, I believe, intended to cut down on harmonic vibration of cooling fins.
Like other such rubber things -- apologies for tech speak -- but can boil to regain softness. To no end, of course.
