G'day was hoping some one could tell me why my GRiSO only fires on one cylinder below 3000rpm when hot. any help would be greatly appreciated

Either the plug cap is arcing on one side or the tappets are so fucked the mixture is incombustible.

No indication which G it is ???? G11 or G12. Maybe it ate the airfilter in 1 side cuz a critter was living in the airbox. They all had bad wires, even seen them unplug from coil. Not much to go on at all.
Has it been tuned up at all or just hammered on?

It runs great over 3000rpm. it will rev right out, but when I stop at traffic lights its missing and does not want to idle.

Has it had a decent tune up in living memory? Have you checked the valve clearances? As I said though unless it's been rollerised doing anything to it is pretty pointless.
